2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on Zourier are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. By placing an order, you confirm that you intend to pay the full amount upon delivery. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in a cancellation fee being charged on future orders.

4. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. In case of any pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

5. Limitation of Liability
Zourier shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver all across Pakistan within 2-5 working days. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your city and courier availability.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment method we offer. No advance payment, no online transfer — simply pay when your order arrives at your door.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof and we will arrange a free replacement for you.

How do I report a wrong or damaged item?

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with a video clearly showing the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without video proof unfortunately cannot be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. We recommend confirming your order details carefully before placing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp for a manual update.
